Immortelle Hydrosol
Hydrosol is a condensed water vapor that contains dissolved plant components and essential oil molecules in each of its droplets. This effective liquid is distinguished by its specific taste, smell, chemical composition, and strong therapeutic properties.
Immortelle hydrosol has an anti-inflammatory effect, enhances hematoma absorption, promotes wound and scar healing, and reduces swelling. It is great for healing edema after surgery and prevents and slows the growth and development of bacteria. For gingivitis or periodontitis, use immortelle hydrolate as a mouthwash (clean or mixed with water). Immortelle hydrosol is also a good liver cleanser and is taken orally in the therapy of regular cleansing of the body, treatment of allergies, or after illness.
In skincare, immortelle hydrosol is ideal for sensitive and tired skin. It is used as a tonic and can be applied directly, without fear of irritation. It is ideal for cleansing the face or as a substitute for moisturizer, and because of its soothing effect, it is also excellent as a skin tonic after shaving. For dark circles, use it in the form of a compress. To treat the whole face or other parts of the body, spray it and rub it into the skin. Uses
Immortelle essential oil is a mild oil and can be used on the skin in pure form. However, it is recommended to try a drop of oil on the hand (wrist), leave for 10 minutes and wait if a reaction will occur. For people with more sensitive skin, it is recommended to dilute it in one of the vegetable oils (soy, olive, almond, jojoba, etc.).
How to use and dose it?
Hematomas
A few drops of immortelle essential oil should be applied to the site of impact. If applied immediately after the impact, it is possible that the bruise will not even occur. If bruises have already formed, apply a thin layer of immortelle essential oil. The procedure is repeated twice a day for several days.
Scars, skin care, pain and sports injuries
A small amount of immortelle essential oil (depending on the treated area) should be applied to the target area twice a day for several days.
Combination with other oils
For improved action, immortelle essential oil is also used in combination with other oils depending on the ailment, but it is not recommended to mix more than five different types of essential oils.
Diffusers for essential oils
Add a few drops of immortelle essential oil to the diffuser. In this form, it unclogs the airways, helps to remove mucus, relieves prolonged cough and problems associated with asthma and bronchitis. It also helps reduce stress and tension in this way.
The use of immortelle essential oil is not recommended for pregnant women, severe chronic patients (especially heart, stomach, and liver diseases), and people suffering from epilepsy. The hydrosol moisturizes and nourishes the skin, which is why it is also used to soothe sunburns, burns in general, and to treat the skin after tattooing or piercing, as well as diaper rash. For dark circles, use it in the form of a compress (soak the pads with hydrosol, place them on the closed eyelids and rest your eyes for 10-15 minutes).
Oral use
Due to its composition, it can also be taken orally (gargling or drinking if diluted with water) because it is much milder than the essential oil. In case of gingivitis, periodontitis, or sore throat, rinse the oral cavity with hydrosol, and to cleanse the liver on an empty stomach, take one to two teaspoons of hydrosol diluted in dcl of lukewarm water.
Other use
It is also used as a water base in the manufacture of cosmetic products (creams, soaps, etc.).
