GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF PACKAGES
Delivery of the package is done by delivery to the address through the delivery service.
Delivery speed may deviate from normal during holidays, non-working days, during major sales promotions, and other situations where delivery difficulties are possible.
The amount of postage for Croatia is 30,00 HRK (+VAT). For islands that are not connected by a bridge, an additional 35,00 HRK (+VAT) is charged.
The calculation of the amount of postage for orders outside Croatia is available in the purchase process, by product selection or in the table Delivery prices.
The time of sending and delivery of packages in case of holidays and public holidays is transferred to the first following working day.
The products will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by the usual handling during transport. When taking over the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check for possible external damage to the shipment, i.e. the package, and immediately advertise them to the courier, i.e. refuse to take over the shipment on which major external damage is visible. In that case, please contact us so that we can check the condition of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one.
TERMS OF RETURNS, COMPLAINTS AND REPLACEMENT
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it with a refund of the full amount paid, including the shipping amount if charged (only for the refund of the entire order).
All returned products must be unused and unopened in the original packaging.
The cost of delivery to our warehouse for the products you return is borne by you independently (by post or delivery service), except in the case of return or replacement of defective products when all costs are borne by Auro Oleum. Returns and replacements must be agreed in advance.
If you want a refund, a copy of the invoice and the account number (IBAN) to which the refund must be made must be attached to the goods that meet the refund.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the legal deadline of 14 days, ie after we receive the product.
When returning the product, the buyer is responsible for the appropriate packaging of the product in a cardboard box to avoid damage during transport. If damage occurs because the customer did not protect the product during packaging (eg returned products wrapped in plain paper or a bag) – a refund or replacement will not be accepted.
Return of goods must be made without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you announced the unilateral termination of the contract. Find out more about the right to unilateral termination of the contract and other conditions in our Terms and Conditions.
DAMAGE IN DELIVERY, WRONG AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case of damage during delivery, incorrectly delivered or defective product (factory error), please contact us (by e-mail or telephone) within two working days of receipt of the shipment. We will try to resolve all complaints as soon as possible. In these cases Auro Oleum j.d.o.o. covers all product replacement costs.
STATEMENT ON DELIVERY AND SENDING OF PACKAGES
Most packages sent by Auro Oleum.hr are delivered via the DPD delivery service. Employees of Auro Oleum j.d.o.o. strive to ensure that the delivery and dispatch of the package is carried out in accordance with the schedule. Auro Oleum.hr cannot at any time be held liable for delays in delivery caused by the delivery service or something beyond its control.
